Last year I had no idea. This year, everything is different. Amazing what can happen in a year.
October isn't just Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It's also Down Syndrome Awareness Month. And that means a whole lot more to me than wearing pink =)
For the last few years, Unringing the Bell, has hosted {31 for 21}. The goal is to write one post a day for the month of October to help raise awareness for children with Down syndrome and all the wonderful things they can accomplish.
But, not everything I post is going to be about Down syndrome. You see, it is a part of our lives now, but it's not our whole life. We're still the same family we were last year. We've just been enhanced =)
So, follow along as I try to post a picture of our life over the next 31 days.
